Use these when configuring Twilio + ElevenLabs.

Twilio (SMS)

  1. Open your Twilio console.
  2. Find your Messaging Service or phone number.
  3. Set the “Webhook” for incoming messages to the Twilio URL above.

Twilio (WhatsApp)

  1. Open your Twilio WhatsApp sender.
  2. Set the inbound webhook to the WhatsApp URL above.
  3. Save and send a test message.

ElevenLabs (Post‑call)

  1. Open your ElevenLabs workspace.
  2. Go to webhooks and create a “post‑call” webhook.
  3. Use the ElevenLabs URL above.
